印度，又双叒叕发生了“魔幻”的事。
这件事有多恶劣、多匪夷所思？
《印度时报》开篇就用了一个词：令人震惊！ (shocking)
周三晚，在Vaishali地区的某村庄，一名50岁的女子和她年轻的女儿在遭到强奸（未遂）并反抗时，遭到了谴责、殴打，随后被游行示众。这实在令人震惊。

事情发生在当天下午6点30分左右，当时只有该女子和她22岁的女儿在家。村子里的一群居民闯入了她们家中，并（据称）试图“挑衅”这个女孩。当女孩的母亲来救她时，却遭到了这群人的暴打。

Theaccusedlatercalledabarberandgottheheadsofboththemotherandthedaughtershaved.Thereafter,themother-daughterduowereparadedinthevillagewhilethelocalresidentsremainedamutespectator.
这群人之后叫来了理发师，把母女俩的头发都剃光了。然后，母女二人被迫在村子里游行，而当地居民则保持沉默。

该事件发生时，女孩的父亲并不在家。

在印度亚洲新闻通讯社ANI的采访中，母亲说的话令人心碎……
"Wewerebeatenwithsticksverybadly.Ihaveinjuriesallovermybodyandmydaughteralsohassomeinjuries,"themothertoldtheANInewsagency.
"我们被棍棒打得很惨。我我全身都受了伤，我女儿也受伤了。”母亲对ANI通讯社说道。
Thewomenalsosaidthattheirheadswereshavedinfrontoftheentirevillage.
这名女子还说，她们的头发是在全村人面前被剃光的。

更让人感到绝望的是，在入室侵犯、殴打、侮辱、威胁这对母女的这群人中，有一个还是当地的官员。("...includedalocalofficial"-BBC)
