当下关于新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情趋势已开始向全球80几个国家快速蔓延。如何做好对内严防死守，对外严防境外输入型扩散，显得尤为重要。

做好个人防护，保证自身的人身安全，一直都是我们最为关心的问题。

Personal protection

外出的时候一定要戴口罩。尽量不要去人多的地方或是通风不良的场所。建议减少外出和聚会活动

Always wear a mask when going outside. Try to avoid going to crowed areas or places where the air circulation is poor. Reducing outings and gatherings is recommended.

尽量选择步行、骑车或者自驾车，如乘坐公交、地铁等分散就座，避免用手触摸车上物品

Where possible, choose to walk, bike, or drive your own car. If you are taking the bus or subway etc., sit apart from others and avoid touching things on the vehicle

用含有酒精成分的洗手液，肥皂清洗双手，不用脏手触摸脸部、眼睛、口鼻

Use hand soap with alcohol content, wash both hands with soap; don’t touch your face, eyes, mouth or nose with dirty hands

咳嗽和打喷嚏时用纸巾或者屈肘遮掩口鼻，防治飞沫传播。不要打完喷嚏后揉眼睛或接触粘膜部位

When coughing and sneezing, use tissue or the inside of your elbow to cover your mouth and nose to prevent the droplets from spreading. Do not rub your eyes or touch mucosal areas after sneezing

进入医院，自觉佩戴口罩，进行流行病史调查，并接受体温检测

When entering the hospital, be conscientious and wear a mask, conduct epidemiological history survey and accept temperature checks

电梯间是”高危场所”,空气不流通。搭乘电梯一定要带口罩，避免用手直接按电梯按钮

Elevators are “high risk sites”, having inadequate air flow. When using the elevator, make sure to wear a mask, and avoid touching the elevator buttons directly with your hands.

除使用轮椅、行动不便、孕妇等特殊情况的患者，不建议家属陪同就诊，以减少潜在的感染风险。

In order to reduce the potential risk of infection, unless the patient has special conditions such as wheelchair use, mobility difficulties, or pregnancy, the company of family members is not recommended.

如出现发热症状的，应按规定至发热门诊进行排查，如出现腹泻、皮疹、干咳、胸痛或者呼吸道相关症状，应按规定至急诊进行排查

If fever occurs, it shall be screened at the fever clinic according to the regulations; if diarrhea, rash, dry cough, chest pain or respiratory symptoms occur, it shall be screened at the emergency department according to the regulations

所有外省市来沪返沪人员，请自觉完成14天的隔离观察后方可前来就诊
